Our Promise: If you're not completely satisfied with your SIOPY purchase, we'll make it right. We stand behind every product we sell.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return most items for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original, unused condition and original packaging.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email hello@siopy.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Credit card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Digital products or activated QR code subscriptions
  • Items marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or are missing original packaging
  • Customized or personalized orders

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service. SIOPY is not responsible for items lost in transit during returns.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size, color, or variant, follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest processing time.
