Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through our carrier's website. Allow 24–48 hours after shipment for tracking information to update.
US Domestic Shipping
We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping rates and delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location. Remote areas (P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses) may experience longer delivery times.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please:
- Check with neighbors and building management
- Wait 24 hours — packages are sometimes marked delivered early
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number

Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and damaged items immediately and contact us within 7 days. We'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
